Chadar Trek is a challenging trail. We recommend prior trekking experience or a dedicated fitness routine to build cardiovascular endurance before the trek.

What is the toilet facility like on the trek?

We set up dry toilet tents at all campsites. These are equipped with toilet seats, sawdust, and are fully eco-friendly. Water is provided outside for washing.

How is the drinking water managed?

We collect water from natural glacial streams and spring sources. It is boiled and filtered before serving. Please bring a thermos flask to carry hot water.

What type of food is served?

We serve hot, freshly cooked vegetarian meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner). The menu is rich in carbohydrates and proteins designed for high-altitude energy needs.
