Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit of 30% of the total trek cost. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date. For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:

• 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total cost
• 15-29 days before departure: 30% of total cost
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total cost (No refund)

3. Itinerary Changes

While we endeavor to operate all trips as described, we reserve the right to change the itinerary due to weather conditions, political situations, or other unforeseen circumstances. The trek leader has the final say on any changes made during the trek for the safety of the group.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to abide by the authority of the trek leader. If you commit any illegal act or if, in the opinion of the leader, your behavior is detrimental to the safety and welfare of the group, you may be asked to leave the trek without any right to a refund.
